We do not accept any refunds or exchanges unless there was a specific error on Fenico Textiles behalf, in which case a full refund will be due to the customer as long as the goods purchased are received in perfect condition within 14 days of the purchase date. In order to be entitled to wholesale prices, a wholesale request form must be sent to the company, which will be reviewed. If the request is granted a minimum order of 100 yards must be purchased before the discounted rates will be applied

Yes! We can provide large quantities of any single color in any design displayed on our website. Please fill in our Uniforms/Aso-ebi form to give us an idea of what you require. We will then email or contact you with more information and prices.

You can cancel or change your order at any time until you receive confirmation that your item is ready for despatch.
